The main purpose of a Blog is to drive more traffic to your website to increases your authority. It usually contains images, info-graphics, and links to connect to other people's websites. A blog can be written to promote your business, or it can be written to communicate your ideas and seek other people's opinions. Blogs work best when the writer promotes comments, and will receive more follows and shares on social media. Many blogs are about an individual's passions or hobbies.

Blogs help you connect with other readers about important and informative content. The writer usually has chosen a niche related to specific questions or problems that readers face. It's still good to use an attribution for images; stating where the image comes from is good ethical practice, and it should keep you out of copy write infringement problems. It' probably best to use your own.
Links are websites that take you directly to the page. It is recommended that blogs contain at least three links per post. Links help direct more traffic to your site. Outbound links provide more information to your posts, and inbound links are those sites that point readers to your site. Inbound links increase your authority, and outbound links increase the traffic to your site.
